Art is most about commentary on society and that in itself is a great contribution. But that’s the artist developing their own point of view for their own sake. While that’s Important in art, it doesn’t work in design. The designer shouldn’t be thinking of themselves as a superhero. You’re supposed to be solving a problem to help other people.
